   The Internetkontakte is a serious dating agency situated in Munich, Germany. Our service is available in Internet and meant for women and men that are looking for their partner by means of Internet. Our service is available at present in 6 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian. We plan to add some more languages later on.

3. How can I become partner?

   Very simple: Please click in the agency section at become a partner and fill out our application online. As soon as we have reviewed your data (it can last a few days) we will get in touch with you to get to know you personally at least by phone. Then we will activate you as an Internetkontakte partner agency and you can log in and make use of all the functions of our service.

4. Does it matter, where my agency is situated?

   No, it really does not matter. We want to offer the possibly biggest variety and are looking forward to work with agencies from all parts of the world.

5. Do I enter into a kind of commitment by registering myself as a partner agency of the Internetkontakte?

   No. The registration itself is not binding. After all you are the one to decide if and how many applications of your ladies you want to register in the Internetkontakte.

Access to the agency login area

1. I fail to register. What is the problem?

   The problem can have different reasons:

   1.      You must have registered yourself lately and have not been activated yet. Please have a little bit of patience. We will get in touch with you soon and inform you by Email that you are activated. If your registration dates three workdays back or more, then probably we have difficult time getting in touch with you. In this case please send us an Email to info@internetkontakte.com.

   2.      You have been activated but it does not still work? Then please check your username and your password with the help of the email about your activation. Probably you have made a mistake in writing your username or password.

   3.      Probably you happened to register yourself in the section for ladies or gentlemen. As an agency you can log in only in the section for agencies.

   4.      All these cases do not apply to you? Then send us an Email with your name and your ID number to: info@internetkontakte.com and describe your problem in every detail. We will try to find a solution to it as soon as possible.

2. I have forgotten my username. How can I log in?

   Please click in the menu “agencies” at lost your username/password?. Please enter your E-mail which you are registered in the Internetkontakte with. We will email you your username within a few minutes.

3. I have lost my password. How can I log in?

   Please click in the menu “agencies” at lost your username/password?. Please enter your E-mail which you are registered in the Internetkontakte with. We will email you your password within a few minutes.

Publish a profile

1. How can I publish profiles of my ladies in your gallery?

   It is very simple. 

   1.       You log in the agency section with your password and username. It is very important, so that our system can assign the published profiles to your agency.

   2.       Click at “publish a profile”.

   3.       Fill the application out and send it to us with at least one picture.

   4.       If you do not have suitable pictures, you can also send them afterwards by Email.

   5.       After we have received the profile and the pictures, we will review it and publish it online. It will be added automatically to the“new profiles”, “only pictures” and the“picture gallery”. If you have sent us a video clip then it will also be added to the “video gallery”.
